一、报名提示Reminder：

为保证您的相关权益及后续流程操作，请准确填写学生信息内容，如姓名、性别、联系电话、身份证号等，“*”标志为必填项，请确保内容填写真实有效。姓名填写请与有效证件一致。

In order to ensure your relevant rights and interests and subsequent processes, please accurately fill in the student information, such as name, gender, contact number, ID number and etc. The item with “*” mark is compulsory for you to fill in. Please make sure that the information filled in is true and effective, and the name should be consistent with the valid ID card.

二、特殊情况条款Special Circumstances：

1.报名成功后，我们将以短信形式向您提供入学报名活动信息，如您还有其它问题，欢迎通过学校官方公众号常规问答进行查询或致电招生热线（0512-89180555）；

2.报名信息投递成功后，如收到学校信息告知现场报名活动，请准时携带相关证件与学生共同参加。
